Welcome to Lifesand. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lifesand website, mobile applications, and any related services, features, or content (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

References to “Lifesand,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Lifesand. References to “you” and “your” mean the individual accessing the Site or purchasing products from us.

1. Who We Are

Lifesand is a women’s fashion brand founded in 2018. We sell women’s apparel, including dresses, sets, and outerwear. You can contact us at service@lifesand.com.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. You also represent that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Accounts

You may be able to create an account with Lifesand. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures, and fit may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting. Product descriptions, sizing information, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at any time. While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. If we discover an error, we may correct it and cancel or adjust your order accordingly.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties, which may be added at checkout or charged upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility.

We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment Methods page. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method selected. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount for your order.

We use trusted third-party payment providers to process transactions. We do not store your full payment card details. If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order may be canceled.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order. We may send you an order confirmation email, but this does not mean we have accepted your order. Our acceptance occurs when we ship your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping times provided on the Site are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. In general, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Certain items may be final sale and not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, designs, and software, is the property of Lifesand or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. User Content

You may have the opportunity to submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Lifesand a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others

  • Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

  • Scrape, copy, or harvest information from the Site

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lifesand and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.

Nothing in this section shall prevent us from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Payment Methods, Shipping & Handling, Refund & Return Policy, and any other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lifesand regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
